OK Shipmates .. It is only a begining and here's hoping we can make a long list of those good memories we love to regurgitate at the reunions. I'll be gleaning ,editing and publishing this anual "Book" for our friends and famiely. Please try to make places and dates as close as possible so we can shuffle them into some sort of cronilogical order.. However.. Please don't let that request prevent you from just simply jotting down a memory for the fun of it or as a stimulation to any further postings, for example.. here is one that is high on my list...:
"Remember when we lost the Blower off the main engine and had one waiting for us when we pulled into Rota Spain.. The ship "turned too" when the Sea and Anchor detail was secured for several days straight and cut holes down tru the decks to the engine room took out the old one and brought in the new one via chain falls. (See picture page of that time in MIKE div. 62>63 cruise book.. !) Packer EN
